Narrative

An employee was folding up the hydro platform truck. He got the platform stowed, then extended the outriggers/tracks. Afterwards, he flipped the outrigger locks and walked back behind the truck. The hydro platform truck rolled back and pinned him against the tool truck. He was hospitalized with six broken ribs, a punctured lung, a broken left tibia, and a broken right femur.
