Narrative

An employee was struck by a forklift while standing in an aisle. The employee landed on storage racks. The forklift operator fell out of the forklift and was struck by the forklift and also landed on storage racks. Between them, the two employees suffered multiple facial and skull fractures, a concussion, and internal bleeding.
