Narrative

At 9:30 a.m. on April 6, 2020, an employee was drilling a hole in concrete for bollard installation. The drill bit got stuck in the concrete and started to wobble. The foot then broke free and turned, hitting the employee's foot and knocking him to the ground. He suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized.
