Narrative

An employee was cleaning a cheese hopper. Her sleeve became entangled in the mixing rod and was pulled in, entangling her arm. The employee was pulled into the side of a hot tank, which caused burns to her face, shoulder, and chest. The employee also sustained injuries to the right arm.
