Narrative

The injured employee was moving a cart with three other employees. The cart was holding a fiberglass console. The cart hit the edge of concrete causing the load to shift and fall onto the injured employee's hand. The injured employee was hospitalized with lacerations to the pinky and ring fingers on the left hand.
