Narrative

An employee was using a flat-bladed screwdriver to remove a screw out of a concrete wall in preparation to paint the wall. As he applied force to remove the screw, the screwdriver slipped and lacerated his left arm/wrist area, causing a vascular bleed that required surgery and hospitalization.
