Narrative

On 4/30/2020, at approximately 2:00 PM, an employee was delivering mail to residents when he stepped backwards onto a stone or brick that came loose and twisted his left ankle. The employee then fell to the ground, suffering two fractures and a dislocation of the left ankle. The employee was hospitalized and had surgery.
