Narrative

At 2:15 PM on April 30, 2020, an employee was unloading a bushing from a flatbed trailer. He was lifting one side of the bushing to place a lifting strap under it. As he lowered the bushing, it pinched his finger against the bushing that was beneath it, resulting in the amputation of his right index fingertip to the first knuckle.
