Narrative

At about 9:30 p.m. on April 30, 2020, an employee was cleaning a conveyor belt on a tomato slicing machine. His left glove got caught in the conveyor gear on the left side of the belt, resulting in the amputation of his left middle fingertip. The belt was running at the time of the incident.
