Narrative

An employee was operating an up-cut saw to trim scrap material. The employee's left hand was in the point of operation when the saw was actuated via the foot pedal. The saw then amputated the employee's left middle finger to the second knuckle, the ring finger to the first knuckle, and the pinky fingertip.
