An employee was moving into a new office space and that had junk left in the office areas from previous tenants. He was taking a large piece of commercial glass to the dumpster using a dolly. As he was picking up the glass over his head to throw it in the dumpster, the glass broke and half went into the dumpster and the other half fell on his right lower leg, severely cutting it. He was hospitalized with a severed tendon.
