Narrative

An employee was loading a gun safe into a customer's vehicle with three other employees. The employee was in the bed of the vehicle when the gun safe slid onto his left middle finger, causing it to be caught between the gun safe and the vehicle. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left middle finger.
