Narrative

An employee was riding on the back of a truck cab, training a new hire. As the tractor backed up, the fifth wheel of the tractor did not engage the trailer pin and the tractor continued back into the front of the trailer. The employee was crushed between the two and suffered a broken leg and a broken pelvis.
