Narrative

On June 11, 2020, at 1:30 PM an employee was operating the radius bending machine. He was bending two pieces of rebar, when his glove got stuck between the two pieces and pulled his left hand into the machine's gears. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation and a fractured finger.
