Narrative

A temporary employee was operating a shear to cut rebar. The employee was removing two pieces of rebar from the gauge table when his finger was pinched between a piece of rebar, the prybar he was using, and the gauge table. This resulted in surgical amputation of the right middle fingertip, just below the fingernail.
