Narrative

Two employees were pushing a cart that was fully loaded with drywall sheets (weighting about 600 pounds) when the cart's wheel fell into a hole in the ground. The cart tilted and the drywall sheets fell onto one employee, pushing him backward. He landed on top of another drywall stack and sustained a back injury.
