Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting an air conditioner in a customer's attic. As the employee was exiting the attic area using the customer's ladder, it slipped and the employee fell approximately 10 to 15 feet to the concrete floor. The employee sustained a concussion, blood clots in the head, and swelling of the brain.
