Narrative

An employee was using an extension ladder to look above the ceiling in an airport terminal. As he was climbing the ladder, it slipped out from under him and he fell to the ground. He scraped his elbow and bumped his hip and leg. He was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured hip.
