Narrative

On June 22, 2020, at 7:20 PM, an employee was loading packages into a trailer using a loader assist machine. As he was finishing loading the trailer, the loader assist machine pushed forward into the trailer, hitting the employee in the back and pressing him into the wall. He was hospitalized with a back injury.
