Narrative

An employee was attempting to move a 96" X 4" X 7" C channel by hand on his fixture table. As he began to pull the C channel across his fixture table, his right thumb was pinched between a square hole in the fixture table and the C channel, resulting in a partial soft tissue amputation without bone loss of the fingerprint side of his right thumb.
