While delivering a new container to a customer, an employee attempted to repair the existing container that was already at the residence. The employee was holding the container up with a knuckle crane on the employee's truck and a jack from the customer when the crane slipped, dropping the container on top of the employee. The employee experienced a broken clavicle and two broken ribs, requiring hospitalization.
