Narrative

On June 30, 2020, an employee was fastening straps on an empty trailer. As the employee was tightening the winch, the strap came undone and he lost his balance. He fell into the trailer, struck his head on the edge, and then fell to the ground. He suffered a head injury that required stitches, as well as a torn esophagus.
