Narrative

A construction worker was working with two other workers to remove a metal plate from a semiconductor tool base. The employee was attempting to remove inertial dampeners from the bottom of the plate while it was being suspended by a gantry. The bolt holding the plate sheared and the plate fell, fracturing the employee's arm.
