Narrative

On July 13, 2020, an employee rolled a flat cart to the outside of the receiving bay door in order to drain standing water off the cart. The cart was next to a delivery truck and when the delivery truck left the dock, the employee fell 3.5 feet off the dock. He was hospitalized with a broken left leg.
