Narrative

Within 15 minutes of being on the job, an employee became ill. He continued to work throughout the day, taking frequent rest breaks. The employee was having cramps on his left side throughout the day. After finishing the day, the employee went home and was later hospitalized with dehydration, suspected heat exhaustion, and acute kidney failure.
