Narrative

On July 23, 2020, a mechanic was conducting maintenance on piping in a boiler room. The employee s leg started cramping in mid-morning. In the afternoon, after returning to work, the employee started cramping in the hands and foot. The employee was hospitalized for heat-related illness.
