On July 28, 2020, a technician was investigating a lack of cooling in the HVAC system of a building. He determined there was a refrigerant leak. While showing his supervisor what had been found, the technician opened a 3-phase, 208-volt junction box and sustained electric shock and burns to his hands, resulting in hospitalization.
