Narrative

An employee was operating an angle grinder, cleaning a metal surface on a cart. The wire wheel caught a large burr, kicked back, and caught the employee's shirt. It wrapped up in the loose material and lacerated the employee's left wrist/forearm. The employee was hospitalized.
