Narrative

On August 14, 2020, a temporary employee was hanging spline shaft parts on vertical racking on a line to be washed. The employee hung a part on the top row of the racking and was hanging a part on the bottom row when the part fell from the top row. It landed on the employee's left hand, breaking and wounding the little finger.
