On August 19, 2020, at approximately 12:15 PM, an employee was restocking the supplies in a customer service area. She placed her stock onto the counter and walked around, entering the retail lobby through the lobby entrance. As she pushed open the lobby door, she fell onto her right side. She was hospitalized with a broken hip.
