Narrative

An employee was tightening bolts on the handrail system of a boat dock under construction. The employee fell from the dock's roof, landed on the construction platform, and then fell to the ground. The employee suffered contusions and lacerations to the head, neck, left arm, and left leg, as well as a wrist fracture that required surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
