Narrative

An employee was pushing a housekeeping cart down a ramp to the trash can. The ramp was approximately 6 inches from the sidewalk to the ground level. The cart went off the ramp and the employee tripped over the cart and fell. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left hip.
