Narrative

An employee was using a tool to reach for a "kicked out" chicken that fell into the drip pan. The end of the tool caught on a shackle and was pulled down the shackle line. The tool's handle pinched the employee's left ring finger against the other shackle(s) resulting in a fingertip amputation.
