Narrative

A bakery clerk was walking back to her work area from the freezer when another employee inadvertently stepped backward into the clerk's path. The clerk tripped over the other employee's leg and fell to the floor striking her head and left arm. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left arm and head injuries.
