Narrative

A skid steer was grading rock along a curb for a parking lot. An employee was shoveling the rock along the curb to uncover the curb. The employee lost his balance while shoveling the rock and stepped behind the skid steer while it was backing up. The skid steer ran over the employee's right leg causing a compound fracture to the shin.
