Narrative

An employee was using an extension ladder to descend from a roof. The ladder slipped on the wet asphalt, and the employee fell about 10 feet to the ground on top of the ladder. The employee suffered a broken nose; fractures to an eye orbit, the sternum, and a knee; a head contusion; and brain bleeding.
