Narrative

An employee was on the roof of a one-story home, pushing solar cables through a junction box to another employee who was in the attic. The employee fell approximately 8 feet from the roof and was found lying on the ground. The employee suffered a back strain and dislocated disc. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
