Narrative

Shortly after 7:35 p.m. on December 14, 2020, an employee was trying to fix an outgoing conveyor belt on a line. His jacket was caught in an adjacent conveyor, which pulled in his right arm and crushed it. He was hospitalized, undergoing surgery for a broken forearm.
