Narrative

An employee was standing on the ground about 20 feet from where plywood was being pulled up to be installed for a trash chute. The plywood became loose from the chute above, began to fall, and was blown by the wind into a fence on the ground about 8-10 feet from the employee. This caused the plywood to flip over and roll toward the employee, lacerating and fracturing his face.
