A driver was sitting in a garbage truck cab while the truck was checked for an air brake leak. The truck rolled over the chock at its rear wheel and began to roll down a slight incline in the parking lot. The driver jumped out of the cab, and the truck ran over his left foot and ankle (first the front steering tire, then the dual rear tires on the driver's side). The employee suffered a foot/ankle injury resulting in partial amputation and hospitalization.
