Narrative

A employee was operating a jackhammer to break up concrete so a utility pole could be installed into the sidewalk. The jackhammer made contact with the employee's left foot, striking it near the two smallest toes just past the steel toe of the boot. The employee sustained fractures to the left foot/toes.
