Narrative

An employee was standing near an oscillator unit while maintenance was being performed on it. The oscillator's belt made a forward motion and the employee's left hand was pinched between the belt and the belt wheel. The employee suffered a hand laceration and amputation of the left middle finger to the first knuckle.
