Narrative

On 1/23/2021, at approximately 12:30 PM, an employee was operating a powered industrial truck (PIT). While turning right into an aisle, the PIT struck a 4-foot high metal bollard. The employee's left foot was caught under the main cabin of the PIT and his left ankle was against the bollard. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left heel.
