Narrative

An employee was driving a concrete cart. As the cart turned from a street into a parking lot, it hit the concrete lip at the drive entrance. The handlebars jarred, hitting the employee in the side and causing him to fall off the cart. He landed on the concrete and suffered a broken left hip.
