Narrative

At about 3:15 p.m. on January 27, 2021, an employee was standing on a ladder to stack mattresses. A mattress struck a support post when the employee pushed it toward the wall causing the employee to fall off the ladder to the floor. The employee suffered fractured ribs and vertebrae and a displaced disc. He was hospitalized.
