Narrative

At about 6:00 a.m. on January 27, 2021, an employee was using a powered industrial truck (PIT) to load a trailer with product. The trailer pulled away causing the PIT and the employee to fall out of the trailer onto the tarmac. The employee suffered a lower back strain.
