Narrative

Two employees were drilling holes using a hammer drill in order to install anchor bolts. One employee was operating the drill while the injured employee was standing next to the drill and guiding it. The injured employee's right glove got caught in the drill bit, twisting his hand and causing a partial amputation to the right thumb.
