Narrative

An employee was working on top of a flatbed trailer in the receiving bay, unchaining coils from the trailer. The employee turned, tripped over a J-hook, and fell off the side of the trailer to the ground, striking his head on steel racks. The employee sustained a fracture to his head, as well as contusions and lacerations.
