Narrative

An employee was operating a dock stocker. As the dock stocker made a left turn, it struck a stack of empty pallets and a corrugated gaylord. The employee's left foot was caught under the gaylord and was degloved. The employee was hospitalized, and two of her toes were medically amputated.
