Narrative

An employee was operating a stand-up skid steer pulling a grounded tree with an attached rope and pulley. Another employee was assisting by pulling on the attached rope when his right ring and pinky finger slid into the pulley sheave area between the rope and the pulley, resulting in a degloving injury.
